The garden is a children’s paradise. Brévedent and freedom go hand in hand!
The small size and exceptional location of the campsite offer families a great deal of freedom. Getting around, on foot or by bike, is very easy, so children can learn independence in a friendly atmosphere.
‘Shall we meet at the pool, the play area or the big tree?’
The garden is a children’s paradise. A hundred-year-old tree whose sprawling branches have become trunks is a playground that stimulates the imagination. Young and old alike can pass their time with various animals on the campsite – rabbits, hens, ducks and the cat.
In the morning, when Raphaël feeds the animals, it’s not unusual for children to take fresh eggs back to their pitch.
The stream on the edge of the forest is shallow and is another place where children play. The oldest children build temporary dams and the youngest organise cork races.
At the kids’ club, the leader who looks after the children in high season offers games focused on teamwork, sharing and nature. Children learn to observe flora, fauna and the small animals of the campsite.
At Brévedent, children are free to develop in a natural environment.

Children are welcome at the music evenings and young musicians are invited to take part in the open mikes if they wish. What an experience it is to play a piece in front of a captive audience!
