Z-Festival: the excellence showcase

The Z-Festival: the excellence showcase will take place on Saturday 4th of July 2026, at the Longines International Horse Centre – Deauville (Saint-Arnoult, Calvados, Normandy). This prestigious equestrian event is a showcase of excellence dedicated to breeding, highlighting young foals under one year old registered with the Zangersheide studbook, an international reference for genetic selection and breeding. Throughout the day, the foals are presented to a panel of experts who assess their movement, conformation and potential, giving breeders the opportunity to showcase the quality of their bloodlines. The best foals may even be selected to take part in the prestigious Zangersheide auctions. Open to the public, the festival offers visitors a chance to discover how future champions are born and how a horse’s career begins from its earliest months, in an atmosphere that is both technical, sporting and convivial.
