At Camping du Brévedent everyone is invited to play, share and live the music!
For many years now melodies meet and mix during holidays at Camping du Brévedent. Acoustically at the café, sometimes at the restaurant on stage, or in the garden during the day, music is shared with kindness.
The cicada wanting to sing all summer is spending her holidays at Le Brévedent!
In July and August, the Castel camping du Brévedent comes alive to the delight of families and the music takes its place! Tuesdays and Friday evenings have become unmissable events for holidaymakers at Le Brévedent. “Les Ratures”, Raphaël and Simon’s French song group, open all these evenings with songs by authors such as Jacques Brel, Georges Brassens or Charles Aznavour. The group also writes a lot, in a festive style of song, engaged. If you don’t understand the lyrics, no problem, their energy is communicative! In the “Les Ratures” formation, several musicians intervene and each concert is unique. The melodies of Simon’s piano accompany Raphaël’s voice, then, percussions, a violin, a double bass, guitars, brass instruments enrich the formation to make it even more festive and warm!
On Tuesday and Friday evenings, concerts take place in front of the manor. Raphaël and Simon’s group “Les Ratures”, opens the evening with their festive songs, then, the open stage takes place. Musicians who wish to are invited to come and play a piece of classical music, a song, blues, solo or accompanied by the artists… All aspiring or experienced musicians are welcome, and every week, it is a surprise: when the magic happens, we live timeless and unforgettable moments! Sitting on the grass or on the terrace of the café, you will enjoy the unique atmosphere of a small festival, a benevolent and warm atmosphere signed Le Brévedent!
Sunday afternoon means Jazz aperitif in front of the café. Take a seat in the sun with a local drink accompanied by a charcuterie and Norman cheese board or a veggie board and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The group “Jazz FC” revisits jazz classics with good humor, simplicity and with great talent. The musicians of “Jazz FC” are as talented as they are generous, and in addition they are young! Enjoying the atmosphere of Sunday Jazz aperitifs is the best way to disconnect from every day life and switch to holiday mode surrounded by nature and with family. Welcome to Camping Le Brévedent!
The atmosphere on concert nights is always warm and friendly, and also respects the peace and quiet of the campsite. The volume is controlled and the music stops by midnight.
