First, you have to imagine the scenery. A 6-hectare park with several species of trees, a lake at the heart of the campsite that reflects the colours of the forest, the stream below like a border with the wildlife of the woods and the 16th century hunting lodge, with all its history, overlooking the garden.
And then there’s the birdsong and the smell of dew in the morning. The tits and chaffinches that come and visit you at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the baker delivers fresh pastries and baguettes to the grocer’s shop. And if you have a bit left, the ducks and hens will take care of it. Take time to relax and enjoy.
Nights under the stars at Brévedent are quiet and you can sometimes hear the hoot of an owl or the wind rustling in the trees.
Pitch your tent in this unspoilt setting and enjoy a VIP welcome along with all the quality services offered at the four-star Brévedent campsite.
The grass pitches of the campsite are spacious and look onto the park.
All our pitches are equipped with a power socket, most of which are European. You can request adapters at reception, if required.
For greater comfort, check out the premium tent pitches.
Three toilet blocks are available for your use. The first is the largest and one of the most beautiful toilet blocks in France. The spacious shower cubicles are heated, the sink cubicles have large mirrors and the washing-up areas have a panoramic view of the garden. The second toilet block is more suited to families, with large showers, baby bathtubs and sinks in the same unit. This is also where you’ll find our laundry room, with washing machine and dryer. Finally, the third toilet block is more traditional, with single-sex areas.
In the garden, enjoy the 28° heated pool, a spot of fishing in the lake, a stroll through the forest or hire a bike to visit the beautiful villages of the Pays d’Auge near Brévedent. All these services are also available in low season.
Let our reception team help you plan your day. We’ll recommend walking barefoot on the white sandy beaches of the Côte Fleurie or following the Route du Cidre. If history is your thing, you can easily visit the landing beaches or discover the long history of William the Conqueror. Or why not give in to temptation and explore one of the many local Calvados distilleries to sample this delicious liqueur?
If you camp at Brévedent, you’re guaranteed a great holiday at the best price.
